Purpose of This Site Although the main purpose of this site is for my children to learn their roots, anybody on this tree, (or related to it,) is welcome to add information to help their own children learn their roots as well. And although many of the names contained herein aren't direct relatives, they are close enough to the family line that perhaps they may have an extra piece or two of the puzzle that will help uncover the family roots some more. How Can I Afford This Site?
This is a "hobby site" and because I don't get paid for this, sometimes I may take a day or two to answer requests and so forth. This site is NOT in danger of being taken off-line. If it comes close to that, I'll let you know. Yes, this site goes through a lot of bandwidth, but I have an affordable plan that hosts my business sites (listed in the "User Web Sites" section above) that gives me enough space and bandwidth for this one. The cost of this site is offset by the ads that run on the bottom of each page here. We're not asking for donations, nor that you click the links at the bottom of the pages to generate some revenue.
